Mendes Júnior, in consortium with Spanish Isolux Corsán, will be responsible for Lote 1 excerpt Northern Mario Covas beltway. A project that will contribute to the highway system of São Paulo. With 6.42 km long, Lot 1 will have two lanes to four lanes and shoulders.

Among the activities of construction, are running 13 special artwork and two parallel tunnels, with approximately 1150 meters in length each.

The work is expected to last 36 months and is expected to generate, at its peak, some 1,500 direct and indirect jobs. Mendes Júnior also participated in the construction of Lot 5 of the southern section of the Mário Covas beltway, located between BR-116 - Régis Bittencourt highway and access to Av Pope John XXIII, in the municipality of Maua (SP).
